“We wouldn’t recommend anything we wouldn’t use ourselves.”
A-Spire CBD holds our products to the highest standard because we understand the importance of all-natural products and how they affect good health.
We follow a simple ideology: If it’s not the best, it’s not for us – or our customers.
Our products are third party tested and lab tested for potency, pesticides and heavy metals to ensure we offer a product that is natural, safe and consistent.
More importantly our products are “personally tested.” Endorsed by our family, friends and pets. We don’t settle for anything less and neither should you.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is an up and coming presence. It’s because of the growing interest and influence of both hemp and medical marijuana. CBD is one of the active ingredients of cannabis, and is, in fact, an essential component of medical marijuana. Sought for its benefits and properties.
Is CBD Legal?
CBD is a substance readily available in most states within the United States. However, each state has varying laws on the restrictions placed on CBD. The Harvard journal also notes that CBD is considered to be in the same class as marijuana. Yet, unlike marijuana CBD, is not strictly enforced.
In December of 2015, the FDA eased regulatory requirements on CBD to allow researchers to conduct trials on it and see what forms of benefits, if any, it could have for the general public.
However, at present, CBD is commercially available for purchase online without a medical cannabis license. Although it should be noted that only CBD from authorized sources should be consumed.
Within the United States government, CBD is still a confusing topic to talk about. The legal question or concern is the source of the CBD. Was it being produced from hemp or marijuana?
CBD produced from hemp as its source could satisfy the legal question. As we learn more about the effects of CBD, we also expect to see its legal status eventually become finalized.
Whole-Plant Extract grown in New York
A-Spire CBD uses the highest quality CBD available grown in New York. Grown with organic potting soil and carbon amendments to create healthy seedlings. Once the seedlings have grown strong, we then transplant them to our fields. All our fields have been prepared using organic fertilizers and sustainable tilling practices on land that has laid vacant for several years. All material is then harvested, dried and packaged in a 15,000 sq.ft. Nexus Greenhouse.
We use rigorous quality control in order to conform to the guidelines recommended by agencies that control authorization and licensing for manufacture and sale of food, drug products, and active pharmaceutical products.
